  • MLK BRIDGE, Effective Immediately, The Illinois Department of Transportation is pleased to announce that all lanes of the Martin Luther King (MLK) Bridge are now open to traffic. The contractor on the project is Edwards-Kamadulski, LLC of East St. Louis, Illinois. John Scheibal is the Supervising Field Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation in this area.
