  • IL 158 and I-64 in St Clair County

Description

  • The Illinois Department of Transportation today announced that effective Monday, November 7, 2011, width restrictions will be encountered on the I-64 ramps to Illinois 158. Traffic will be guided through the work zone utilizing flaggers, traffic control devices and traffic control signing. Please use extreme caution while traveling through the work zone. These lane closures are necessary to repair the existing pavement. This work should be completed by Friday, November 11, 2011, weather permitting. The contractor on this project is Keeley and Sons Construction from East St. Louis, Illinois. Joseph G. Gasaway is the Supervising Field Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation in the area. If you have any questions concerning this project, you may contact him at 618/346-3354.
