  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announces today that, weather permitting, construction work on I-74 through Moline will begin on Monday, October 31, 2011. RMD Holdings, Ltd. is the contractor for the $397,347 project to install a High Tension Cable Median Barrier System along the I-74 median from 12th Avenue to US 6.
