  • The Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) is holding its third College Town Summit to search for best practices that reduce underage drinking and celebratory drinking in college communities. Representatives from universities, law enforcement agencies and local governments throughout Illinois will come together to have a candid exchange of ideas on the common challenges faced by Illinois campus communities. The summits format is designed to address the problems, concerns, and questions regarding alcohol-related issues unique to college communities.
