  • Officials with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) today joined in the groundbreaking of a new rural health clinic that will help serve Ferrell Hospital in southern Illinois. DCEO provided more than $580,000 in federal funding to the City of Eldorado to build, furnish and equip the new clinic.
