  • The Illinois Department of Transportation contracted with the Survey Research Office, located within the Institute for Public Affairs, of the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) to conduct a mail-out Motorist Opinion Survey in the Fall of 2010. Similar surveys had been conducted for the Department every Spring or Summer from 2001 through 2008 and the Fall of 2001 and 2009. A summary of the final results are summarized in this report.
