  • The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is hosting the 20th annual HIV/STD Conference September 14-15, 2011, focusing on the theme of Looking Back, Moving Forward. The two-day conference will build on strategies for preventing the further spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases, and will feature presentations by some of the states foremost infectious diseases experts. Conference participants include health practitioners, health department personnel, counselors and other community-based agency staff and others working directly with people directly affected by HIV/AIDS and STDs.
