  • As hundreds of children and families are expected to attend the DuQuoin State Fair starting this weekend, the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) is conducting routine inspections of all amusement rides and amusement attractions at the DuQuoin Fairgrounds in DuQuoin. State carnival and amusement ride inspectors will check to ensure each ride and attraction is in compliance with state laws and meets manufacturer requirements.
