  • The Illinois Conservation Foundation today announced it has awarded four grants for youth conservation education programs. The ICF Grant Program helps provide youth with interesting outdoor experiences, and that helps us grow a new generation of conservationists, said Marc Miller, the director of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources and chairman of the Illinois Conservation Foundation Board of Directors.
