  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announces today that weather permitting, construction work on IL 91 south of Kewanee will begin on Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Fischer Excavating is the contractor for the $558,619 project to resurface the 3.5 miles of IL 91 from IL 78/US 34 to IL 93.
