- Officials from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and the Heartland Alliance will honor 65 graduates of the states Illinois Saves Program. Illinois Saves represents a successful public/private partnership between state government, non-profit community organizations and local financial institutions willing to develop new products to encourage working families to participate in the banking system.
