Arnold, Illinois Department of Public Health Director and a prostate cancer survivor, is urging men throughout the state to recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle, regular exercise and medical check-ups. In an effort to raise awareness about issues affecting mens' health, including heart disease, diabetes, prostate, testicular and colon cancer, Mens' Health Week is celebrated each year during the week leading up to and including Father's Day.
