  • February 2, 2011. Governor Pat Quinn today announced that after implementation of the States Continuity of Operations / Continuity of Government Plan, regular state operations will resume tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 3. The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), the Illinois State Police (ISP),the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA), and the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) continue the response to winter weather across the state.
