Lucas and Sons, a steel manufacturer, to highlight the efforts of Governor Quinn and DCEO to retool the Illinois economy to grow green industry and create thousands of jobs. Nearly $1.2 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds have been directed to public and private sector institutions in the Peoria region through the State Energy Plan.
