- In a combined effort to create jobs, save the state money and reduce the states environmental footprint, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) today announced two agreements with providers to recycle or dispose of state surplus computer equipment at no cost to the state. The program has enabled these providers to hire employees through Put Illinois to Work and other employment programs.
