  • The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) announces upcoming traffic signal work at the following Peoria intersections, weather permitting: Monday, January 3, 2011 IL 40 (Knoxville Ave.) and Bethany Way 9:00 am to 12:00 pm IL 40 (Knoxville Ave.) and Elaine Ave. 12:00 pm to 3:30 pm Both intersections will be controlled by flashing red light signals while the work is being completed.
