  • Press Release: IDOT announced that on Tuesday, July 27, weather permitting; it will be performing repairs to improve the movable bridge on Jefferson Street (eastbound U.S. Rt. 30) over the DesPlaines River in Joliet that will close the bridge to traffic. The repair work should be complete and the bridge reopened by September 3, 2010.
