  • The Illinois Department of Transportation announces today that weather permitting, construction work on US 20 east of East Dubuque will begin on Monday, August 23, 2010. Fischer Excavating will be making pavement repairs to the 3.0 mile section of US 20 from 6th Street to Barge Terminal Road. The $2.0 million project is scheduled to be completed by late November.
