  • Report from Dominican University describing an Effective Practices that addresses welcomed nearly 2,000 high school students from various"Policy Area 4 of The Illinois Commitment." The University welcomed high school students from various organizations to campus to participate in university sponsored events or events sponsored by their own organizations. These students participate in a variety of programs from cooking as part of Dominicans food and nutrition program to retreats to participating in programs designed to introduce them to college life by learning study skills, career development or participating in other mentoring programs.
