  • The Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability issues this annual report: -To estimate liabilities of the State Employees' Group Health Insurance Program. -To meet with the Department of Central Management Services (CMS) and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) to advise the departments on all matters relating to policy and administration of the Group Insurance Act. -To review and approve contracts recommended by the Director of Healthcare and Family Services related to the Group Insurance Program.
