Ellis' motion for admission of audio recordings and accompanying transcripts of four intercepted conversations detailed in the Affidavit of Special Agent Daniel Cain for the Senate impeachment trial. Although after the deadline for admitting evidence, these tapes were only released by James Holderman, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on January 23, 2009.
