  • Letters from Representative Barbara Flynn Currie, chair of the Committee investigating acts of the Governor, inviting the addressees to testify before the Committee and offer any evidence on the subject of the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, the Freedom of Information Act, and other information relevant to the purpose of the Committee. Also, a letter from Rep. Currie to Barry Maram, Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, requesting that he attend the hearing on December 18, 2008 and inviting him to testify along with his Chief of Staff, Tamara Hoffman. Attached are copies of House Resolution 1650, the Rules of the Committee and the Legislative Commission Hearing Act.
