  • Letter dated November 6, 2003 from William K. Hubbard, Associate Commissioner for Policy and Planning at the United States Food and Drug Administration, copied from their Web site, addressed to Dr. Ram Kamath and Mr. Scott McKibbon, Special Advocates for Prescription Drugs. The letter responds to a report presented to Governor Rod R. Blagojevich on the feasibility of purchasing prescription drugs for Canada. It lists flaws in the report and advises against the plan to import medical drugs.
