Public Act 95-708 requires the Chicago Transit Authority's Employee Retirement Plan and the Retiree Health Care Trust to submit certain information each year to the Auditor General for review. this is the first year of such review, which is limited to the specific conclusions required by the Act. this report does not constitute an audit as that term is defined in generally accepted government auditing standards.
