  • Illinois Power Company d/b/a AmerenIP (IP) filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) a verified Informational Statement pursuant to Section 6-102(d) of the Public Utilities Act (Act), 220 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq. The Informational Statement seeks all necessary authorization for IP to enter into and issue one or more short-term notes or other evidence of short-term indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $150,000,000 outstanding at any time, which may be renewed or refunded on a short-term basis for an aggregate period in excess of two years.
