  • Illinois Commerce Commission ("Commission") has adopted 83 Ill. Adm. Code 466, "Electric Interconnection of Distributed Generation Facilities" to implement Section 16-107.5 of the Public Utilities Act. Persons utilizing net metering under Section 16-107.5 of the Act and 83 Ill. Adm. Code 465 must interconnect with the electric utilitys distribution system.
