  • Gingees Sewing Alterations and Laundromat (Complainant or Gingees) filed a verified complaint pursuant to Section 10-108 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act (220 ILCS 5/10-108) (the Act) against Illinois Energy Savings Corp. d/b/a U. S. Energy Savings Corp. (Respondent), alleging that on June 28, 2005, Respondent had solicited it as a customer for gas service, stating that it represented the United States Government and was selling a program that subsidized new and small businesses to offset rising gas cost charges by Nicor.
