  • Verizon North Inc. and Verizon South Inc. (collectively Verizon) pursuant to 220 ILCS 5/13-513, filed a verified joint petition seeking a limited waiver of the partial payment requirements in 83 Ill. Adm. Code 772.60. The limited waiver, which is narrowly focused and would not impact the remaining provisions of Part 772, would relieve Verizon of the current requirement to apply partial payments first to past due local and toll services, and then to current local and toll services, before applying any payment to past due non-basic services.
