  • The Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) entered an order authorizing the submission to the Secretary of State of the first notice of the proposed amendment of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 421, Environmental Disclosure. The proposed amendment will require electric utilities and alternative retail electric suppliers to inform their customers on the sources of electricity used by the utilities or suppliers.
