  • Public Act 95-0127 was signed into law on August 13, 2007. It amended Section 2-107 of the Public Utilities Act [220 ILCS 5/2-107](Act) in several respects, one of which was to create a requirement that the Illinois Commerce Commission (Commission) provide a web site and toll-free telephone number to accept comments from Illinois residents.
