  • The Illinois Commerce Commission ("Commission") entered an order authorizing the submission to the Secretary of State of the first notice of the proposed amendment of 83 Ill. Adm. Code 595, "Reports of Accidents or Incidents by Persons Engaging in the Transportation of Gas, or Who Own or Operate Gas Pipeline Facilities". The proposed amendment will increase the dollar limit for accident reporting and also include liquefied natural gas facilities in the scope of the reporting requirements.
