  • Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), filed a Verified Informational Statement (Statement) with the Illinois Commerce Commission (the Commission) pursuant to Section 6-102(d) (220 ILCS 5/6-102(d)) of the Illinois Public Utilities Act (Act), requesting authority to: (1) enter into one or more credit or loan agreements (the Loan Agreements) and to incur loans, borrowings or extensions of credit on a one-time or from time to time revolving basis thereunder; (2) issue and sell First Mortgage Bonds (the Bonds) in one or more series; and (3) issue and sell notes (the Notes) in one or more series; all in an aggregate outstanding principal amount not to exceed $310,000,000.
