  • Citation for failure to maintain corporate status. On September 26, 2006, and pursuant to Section 4-204 of the Public Utilities Act, the Illinois Commerce Commission Corporation (Commission) entered a Citation Order initiating the instant proceeding against Airnex Communications, Inc. (Respondent), a telecommunications carrier as defined in Section 13-202 of the Public Utilities Act, based on its failure to maintain corporate status.
