  • The Illinois Education Funding Advisory Board was created by Public Act 90-548 in December of 1997 with the primary charge of making recommendations to the General Assembly for the foundation level and for the supplemental general State aid grant level for districts with high concentrations of children from poverty. This report is the result of study and consultation with the Illinois State Board of Education and contains the funding recommendations.
