  • The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) identified juvenile sexual offenders as a significant problem several years ago. In recognition of this problem, ICJIA, through federal Anti-Drug Abuse Act funds, supported a treatment program in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) and issued a request for proposals for a program evaluation.
