  • Illinois Professional School Bus Driver Training Curriculum

  • The curriculum was revised by a Transportation Team subcommittee consisting of school bus driver instructors and state agency personnel. The curriculum has been approved by the Illinois Secretary of State to be used as the training tool for new school bus drivers and re-applicants. The intent of the curriculum is to provide a consistency of training to be used by Regional Offices of Education in coordinating school bus driver training throughout Illinois.
