  • This lawsuit seeking a damage award comes from Saline County. The defendants are the Sheriff of Saline County and the Clerk of the Saline County Circuit Court. On May 12, 2011, plaintiff Cowper pled guilty to retail theft and, after sentencing, was transported to the Department of Corrections on June 2, 2011.
