Submissions are due in just six weeks, with the deadline being Friday, March 14 at 5:00 p.m. Chicago area high school and college/university students are invited to write, direct and produce their own Public Service Announcement (PSA) video utilizing their talent, creativity and inspiration to educate the general public about Chicago area air quality and actions to improve it.
