  • Press Release: The Illinois Department of Insurance (DOI) has received notification that Tina Ledbetter of T & Js Insurance Agency of Smithton is continuing to act as an insurance producer although her license was revoked effective November 10, 2013. The revocation has been reported to the Regulatory Information Retrieval System (RIRS) database and other states are notified through that database.
