  • The Illinois State Collection Act requires the Comptroller to collect information from State agencies concerning their accounts receivable and uncollectible funds, and to compile that information in an annual report to theGovernor and General Assembly on or before March 14. The ensuing report is the compilation and analysis of the data collected for calendar year 2015.
