  • This document will demonstrate that projecting emissions and incorporating the discussed controls will result in a 15.72 percent reduction in VOM emissions in year 2002 emissions in the year 2008. In addition, continuing reductions in 2009 and 2010 are estimated to result in year 2010 VOM emissions at 20.97 percent below 2002 levels.
