  • Press Release: Illinois Department of Insurance (DOI) Director Andrew Boron today announced an agreement with Genworth Life Insurance Company, Genworth Life and Annuity Insurance Company and Genworth Life Insurance Company of New York (collectively Genworth) as part of a multi-million dollar settlement with several states regarding its use of the Social Security Administrations Death Master File (DMF). Under the settlement, Genworth will pay $1.9 million dollars to states that are a party to the settlement.
