- Judge Clayton Crane of the Circuit Court of Cook County sentenced Mohammad Aburish, to a term of 24 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections and 12 months Mandatory Supervised Release, after he pleaded guilty to the charge of Failure to File a Corporate Income Tax Return, a Class 4 felony. As part of his plea, the Defendant was also ordered to pay $561,916.49 in Restitution to the Department of Revenue.
