  • In an effort to prevent fatal and serious injury crashes involving Illinois motorists over the Independence Day weekend, the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will join Illinois State Police (ISP) and local law enforcement agencies to strongly remind motorists to Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and Click It or Ticket. A press conference will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Williamson County Sheriffs Office, 404 North Van Buren, Marion, IL 62959.
