  • As part of the CAPSTONE-14 multi-state earthquake exercise taking place June 16-20, IEMA will operate a JRSOI for processing several response teams. Activities at the JRSOI include check-in, issuance of event identification, mission and safety briefings, mobilization assistance and check-out. The functions ensure the accountability and readiness of personnel and assets before deployment to a disaster scene.
