  • The State of Illinois has scheduled a town hall meeting on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Northeastern Illinois University to answer any question citizens may have about applying to be a registered medical cannabis patient or caregiver, or to be a licensed cultivation center or dispensary. Bob Morgan, Illinois Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Statewide Project Coordinator, will be available for interviews at 9:30 a.m., before the meeting begins.
