  • Every morning before work, United States Postal Service employee Candi Reasinger stops at the store to buy a drink and sometimes also buys an Illinois Lottery Instant ticket. I like to sit in my car in the parking lot and scratch a ticket, and then I go into work. The lucky McHenry resident was recently following her morning routine when she chose a Fabulous Fortune ticket, used her lucky quarter to scratch it, and instantly won $1million.
