  • The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) will host a public meeting from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, January 9 at the Springfield Hilton, 700 East Adams Street, Springfield, IL 62701. The meeting will be held in an open house format with a brief project presentation at 5:30 p.m. This is the second public meeting regarding the 3rd Street Rail Improvements; the first was held on December 10, 2013.
