  • The Office of the State Fire Marshal has a new team to combat the problem of arson in Springfield. Arson Investigator Terry Ooms and his new partner Jules will be introduced as one of the latest members of the Arson Investigation team for OSFM. Jules is a certified arson dog trained to sniff out accelerants used to start fires and assist local and state authorities in investigating arson crimes.
