  • Illinois Department of Insurance (DOI) Director Andrew Boron today announced a $10.7 million settlement with ING regarding its use of the Social Security Administrations Death Master File (DMF) and also announced the release of a market conduct report of the MassMutual Companies. The MassMutual report concludes that the company had complied with the law in its use of the DMF.
